Analytics Dashboard | Marketing

Our new marketing analytics dashboard helps you track the performance of your campaigns and referral traffic.

  1. Navigate to the main menu (top right corner).
  2. Select "Marketing".
  3. Once on the Marketing page, select "Analytics" in the top right corner.

There, you’ll be able to see:
  • Pageviews: Total views your event or site pages received.

  • Revenue: Total sales attributed to that source.

  • Conversions: Number of completed transactions or ticket purchases.

  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of visits that turned into sales.

          1. Choose Your Date Range
Use the date picker at the top left to filter analytics by custom timeframes.

         2. Toggle Between Metrics
Select the metric you want to view:
Pageviews | Revenue | Conversions | Conv. Rate

Each view updates both the line graph and the data table.

         3. Understand UTM Performance
Below the graph, use the tabs to break down performance by:
  • Source (e.g., Facebook, Mailchimp)

  • Medium (e.g., email, social, paid)

  • Campaign (custom names like event-update-2025-06-26)

 - Interpreting the Chart

  • Each colored line represents a different UTM value (source, medium, or campaign).

  • Hover over the graph to view activity for each channel by day.

  • The data table (below the line graph) summarizes key metrics and includes total performance at the bottom.

 - Example:
If event-update-2025-06-20 had 271 views and 8 conversions, that’s a 2.95% conversion rate — helpful for understanding which emails or posts are turning clicks into ticket sales.
