Checkout Text | Settings

Display your refund policies, dinner minimums, or other important notes at checkout.

To add venue-specific text guests will see during the checkout process:

  1. Click the Main Menu in the top right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Click on Guest Checkout.

  4. Scroll to the Checkout Text field.

  5. Add any messaging you'd like displayed during the ticket purchase process.

  6. Select Save Changes

Common examples:

  • “All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.”

  • “A $25 dinner minimum applies to all ticketed guests.”

This message appears on the checkout screen, just before the guest confirms their purchase.
