Send a Mass Email for canceled performances | Performance Tools

Canceling a performance is stressful. We have now made it easier to communicate with your guests about cancellations or changes to a performance. Learn how below!

1. Navigate to the main menu (top right corner)

2. Select "Performance Tools"

3. Select the blue drop-down arrow

4. Select "Email Guests"

5. Enter in a subject line, for example, "Show Cancelation"

6. Under the "Body" section, start typing out your email
     - You can enter "variables" like first and last name by selecting the "Inset Variable" buttons under the body section of your email. This will automatically enter every guest's first/last name.

7. While you type, a preview of your email will begin to appear on the right pane of your screen.

8. When you are done, select "Ready to Send"

9. The system will ask if you are "Ready to send this email to guests?" When you are ready, select "Send".

If and when a guest replies to this email, it will automatically route back to your venue's email inbox. 

 

Please note that your guests will not be included on this list if they hold the status of "CANCELED, FAILED or OBSOLETE".
