Want to see exactly where your ticket sales are coming from—like Facebook, Instagram, or email? Our new Promote Tab makes it easy to generate trackable links with UTM parameters and optional Invite Codes.
How to Access the Promote Tab

From your TurnTable Main Menu, select Performance Tools

Click on the specific performance date & time you wish to track

In the top-right, click “Promote.”
Build a Trackable URL
Once you’re in the Promote Tab, here’s what you’ll see:
1. Source
Choose where your traffic is coming from. (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, Mailchimp, etc.)
2. Medium
Select how the link will be shared. (e.g., Social, CPC, Email, Organic, Paid Social)
3. Campaign
Type in a custom campaign name to organize and compare performance (e.g., spring_launch
, vip_invite
, newsletter_june
)
Use lowercase letters, no spaces—use hyphens or underscores for clarity.
4. Invite Code (Optional)

Add a code and click Generate.

This code will be included in the URL, so guests don’t need to enter it manually at checkout.
Your Custom Link
Once everything’s filled out, your unique, trackable link will be displayed at the bottom.
Click “Copy URL” and paste it wherever you want to promote the event—on social media, newsletters, or with partners.
