Assign Performance to a different Show | Performance Tools

Are you facing a tricky situation due to a sudden artist cancellation? Easily transfer all your reservations to another performance with just a simple click!

 

  1. Select menu (top right corner)
  2. Select "Performance Tools"
  3. Select the performance date and time you need to modify
  4. Select the Screenshot 2024-01-29 at 11.17.49 AM  icon
  5. Select "Assign Performance to a different Show"
  6. Enter the name of the new Show you wish to put in place of the original one

7.   Select the Show from the list

8.   Select Save!
