Create a Show Time Template

1. Navigate to the main menu (top right corner)

2. Select "Shows"

3. Select "Show Times"

4. Select the +

5. Start by giving your Show Time a name like "Dinner Show" or "Midnight Set"

6. Then set the time the show starts in the "Show Time" box

7. You will see a disclaimer stating, "There are no seating times. This will result in a Performance that appears to be sold out."

8. Underneath the disclaimer, you will see a "+", select it

9. You will begin to create your staggered seating times by setting the first time you want guests to arrive at the venue

10. Then set the max guests allowed for that time slot
* You want all time slots to equal your venue's maximum capacity or "Max Potential Guests"

11. If you want more than one seating time, you will continue to select the + and create new seating times until you have reached your desired amount.

12. Once you are done, select "Save Changes"
