FAQ: I just added a new performance; why is it already marked as SOLD OUT?

This article explains why a newly published show would show up as SOLD OUT on your lineup of upcoming perfomances.

If you are viewing a performance added to your site marked as "SOLD OUT," we recommend checking a couple of things.

First, check your table status. You want to ensure that all your tables are set to "Available". If all your tables are set to "Held" instead of "Available" the performance will reflect as "SOLD OUT".

Another reason your show would reflect as "SOLD OUT" is if your seating times are incorrectly set up. If you have staggered seating, ensure the guest count for each seating time is filled in. See the examples below:
