Invite Codes | Promote

This guide walks you through setting up an Invite Code for your performance. Once created, you can share it with guests for pre-sale access.

 

  1. Make sure your show is published but not on sale.

  2. Set an On-Sale date that comes before the performance date.

  3. Navigate to the Promote tab (or click the link provided).

  4. Enter your desired Invite Code.

  5. De-select the checkbox next to the Invite Code field.

  6. Click Save Changes.

  7. To test it, go back to the performance and click the lock icon.

  8. Enter the Invite Code to confirm access to the pre-sale.

  9. Guests can now use the link to buy tickets and complete checkout as usual!
