FAQ: How do I issue a refund via Stripe?

1. Open your preferred internet browser (we recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Safari)

2. Go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/login

3. Enter the email address and password associated with your Stripe account

4. Click "Continue"

5. Click on "Payments" (located at the top left of your screen)

6. Scroll down or click "Next" to locate the payment you want to refund

7. Click the icon to the right of the selected payment

8. Select "Refund Payment"

9. Enter the amount you wish to refund

10. Choose a reason for the refund

11. Click "Refund"
