Move reservation to another Performance date | Performance Tools

Did your guest call in and request to be moved to another performance? No worries, we got you covered!

To move a reservation to another Performance, follow these simple steps:

  1. Select menu icon (top right corner)
  2. Select "Performance Tools"
  3. Select the date and time of the guest's original reservation
  4. Select their name from the reservation list
  5. Select "Actions" 
  6. Select "Move to a different Performance"
  7. From the calendar, select the date and time of the desired Performance
  8. Select "Next" (top right)
  9. Select the guest's "Seating Time"
  10. Select the guest's desired table
  11. Select "Save" (top right)

*Please note that confirmation emails are not automatically sent out after transferring a reservation. If you want to send a new confirmation email, you must manually re-send it to the guest.
