Move reservation to another Performance date | Performance Tools
Did your guest call in and request to be moved to another performance? No worries, we got you covered!
To move a reservation to another Performance, follow these simple steps:
- Select
icon (top right corner)
- Select "Performance Tools"
- Select the date and time of the guest's original reservation
- Select their name from the reservation list
- Select "Actions"
- Select "Move to a different Performance"
- From the calendar, select the date and time of the desired Performance
- Select "Next" (top right)
- Select the guest's "Seating Time"
- Select the guest's desired table
- Select "Save" (top right)
*Please note that confirmation emails are not automatically sent out after transferring a reservation. If you want to send a new confirmation email, you must manually re-send it to the guest.
