Off-Sale Date & Time | Schedule

Do you want to keep your performances posted past show time? Do so by modifying the "Off-sale" date and time.

1. Select main menu icon menu (top right corner)

2. Select "Performance Tools"

3. Locate the blue drop-down Screenshot 2024-01-29 at 11.17.49 AMarrow and select "Schedule"

4. Select "Set Off Sale Date & Time"

5. Select the date and time you would like your tickets to go off sale

6. Select "Save Changes"

*Please note that this function only modifies the date you want tickets to go off-sale. It is different from "On-Sale Date/Time," "Publish Date/Time," and "Performance Date/Time."
