Modify Per Performance Processing Fees | Performance Tools

Do you need to change the fee you charge guests during checkout? Learn how to modify your venues per-performance processing fees below!

1. Select the main menu menu (top right)

2. Select "Performance Tools" 

3. Select the date of the performance you wish to modify

5. Select "Pricing Tiers"

6. Under Pricing Tiers, you will see your performance processing fees. 

 

7. Modify the flat fee per ticket, or ticket percentage. 

8. Once you're done, select "Save Changes".

*Please be aware that adjustments to per-performance processing fees will apply only to the specific performance you are currently viewing. If you wish to modify the Venue Processing Fee for all performances, please navigate to the "Fee" section under your main menu's "Settings" tab.
