Per- Performance Promo Codes | Settings

Per-Performance Promo Codes | Settings TurnTable now allows you to create promo codes that can be applied to specific performances. Previously, promo codes applied to all performances by default. This guide explains how to set up a per-performance promo code.

 

Steps to Create a Per-Performance Promo Code:

  1. Access Settings:

    • From the main menu, click on Settings.

  2. Navigate to Promo Codes:

    • In the settings menu, select Promo Codes.

  3. Add a New Promo Code:

    • Click the + button to create a new promo code.

  4. Enter Promo Code Details:

    • Name: This is your internal name for the promo code (e.g., “Military 50% Off”).

    • Percent Off: Enter the discount percentage (e.g., 50).

    • Code: Enter the code guests will use at checkout (e.g., “HOORAH”).

    • Expiration (optional): Add a date if you want the code to expire automatically.

    • Performance (optional): Select a specific performance for this promo code. If left blank, the code will apply to all performances.

  5. Activate the Promo Code:

    • Ensure the Active checkbox is selected to make the promo code available for use.

  6. Save Changes:

    • Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen to apply your new promo code.
