Generate Private URL | Promote

Would you like to send a private link so guests can purchase tickets before they go on sale? We've got you covered!

  1. Open the menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Performance Tools.
  3. Choose the performance date and time you want to manage.
  4. Navigate to the Schedule tab.
  5. Make sure your show is published but not on sale.
  6. Set an On-Sale date that comes before the performance date.
  7. Go to the Promote tab.
  8. Click the Generate button to create your Invite Code (Private URL) and hit Save.
  9. Check the Invite Code checkbox.
  10. Click Copy URL to copy your Private URL — now you're ready to share it with your guests!
