Set On-Sale Date & Time | Schedule

Do you want to post a Performance to your lineup but don't want to sell tickets until a certain date? We've got you covered.

1. Navigate to the main menu (top right corner)

2. Select "Performance Tools"

3. Locate the blue drop-down Screenshot 2024-01-29 at 11.17.49 AMarrow and select "Schedule"

4. Select "Set On Sale Date & Time"

5. Select the date and time you would like your tickets to go on sale

6. Select "Save Changes"

 

*Please note that this function is only for modifying the date you want tickets to go on sale. This is different from "Off-Sale Date/Time," "Publish Date/Time," and "Performance Date/Time."
